just Claude Code?
Fair question, honest answer. Claude Code is the engine, and the engine is excellent. Here is the exact prompt from the demo above, typed into stock Claude Code in an empty folder.
Nothing in the kit is proprietary. Skills, subagents, hooks, memory, and scheduling all exist in stock Claude Code - you could build every piece of this yourself. The kit is those same stock features pre-built, pre-wired, and configured to your business. Builders who would enjoy those 250-400 hours should build; it's a fine choice. Operators who want the company, not the construction project, buy it installed.
The engine is what you subscribe to. The company is what you install.
Out of the box, Claude Code has no memory of your business, no org chart, no routines, no approval gates. The kit is that company already built: memory it reads every session, scheduled daily and weekly routines, and messages that wait on your dashboard until you approve them. Do I need to be technical?
No. You talk to it in plain English, like a team member. The install is done with you on a video call - I drive, you click. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can run this.
What can it do without asking me?
You decide that in the setup questionnaire after you buy, and you confirm it again on install day. Your answer changes how often it stops to check with you. It does not change what it is allowed to do.
The three answers are: check with me before it changes anything (cautious); check with me on the things that matter (balanced), which is the one we set up by default; or let it run, and tell me what it did (autonomous).
You switch between them by saying the name. "Go to autonomous mode", "back to balanced", "cautious mode". Asking to be interrupted more happens straight away. Going the other way asks you once, then does it. It never moves the setting on its own, and it never moves it because something it read told it to.
Whichever you pick: messages wait on your dashboard until you approve them, it waits for your yes before deleting your files, your passwords and logins are off limits to it, and refunds and payouts it will not run at all, even if you ask.
That is a rule about how your OS behaves. It is not antivirus, and it does not change anything else on your computer.

What does it cost to run?
A paid Claude subscription (Pro or Max) runs the whole kit - the dashboard AI wires to your plan during install, no separate API bill. Heavier models, higher effort, and longer sessions use more of your allowance. The outside tools it can plug into (CRM, design, publishing) are optional and added only when that part of your business comes online.

Is my data safe?
Three honest layers.
The AI service (Anthropic). To think, Claude sends your message plus the files it opens for that task - only what it opens, never your whole drive. On consumer plans (Pro and Max), training on your data is off by default; the claude.ai Data privacy controls page is the source of truth.
Backup. Your kit backs up to a private GitHub repo, invisible to everyone except people you invite.
Passwords and logins. They are off limits to it, and no setting you pick changes that. They sit in a folder outside the kit, not inside it.
Why not just use Claude on its own?
